摘要
为探讨杀菌剂对黄瓜幼苗光合作用的影响,以新泰密刺和盛美200两种黄瓜品种为材料,应用Li-6400(美国)便携式光合作用测定系统测定了嘧菌酯、腐霉利、多菌灵3种杀菌剂对黄瓜幼苗净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_2浓度的影响。结果表明,用腐霉利和多菌灵处理后,测定的各光合参数均低于对照组,而用嘧菌酯处理后,各光合参数均高于对照组,并且两种黄瓜品种的光合参数变化趋势一致,但新泰密刺品种对农药的敏感性低于盛美200品种。
Effects of three kinds of bactericides(azoxystrobin,procymidone,carbendazim)on photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_2 concentration in two cucumber cultivars(Xintai Mici,Chengmei200)were tested by Li-6400(US) portable photosynthesis assay system. The results showed that under carbendazim and procymidone stress,the photosynthetic parameters in the test were lower than that in the control group;While treated with azoxystrobin,the photosynthetic parameters were higher than that in the control group. And the photosynthetic parameters in two cucumber varieties were consistent,but the sensitivity of Xintai Mici cucumber to pesticides was lower than that of Chengmei 200.
