摘要
目的研究乳浆大戟增加人胃癌多药耐药细胞对化疗药物敏感性的作用。方法用MTT实验研究乳浆大戟对阿霉素和紫杉醇对SGC7901/ADR细胞生长抑制作用的影响,并与SGC7901细胞作比较;测定乳浆大戟作用下阿霉素和紫杉醇对SGC7901细胞和SGC7901/ADR细胞的IC50,并作比较。结果乳浆大戟能增加阿霉素和紫杉醇对SGC7901/ADR细胞的生长抑制作用(P<0.01),作用具有浓度依赖性(P<0.05)。乳浆大戟对阿霉素和紫杉醇抑制SGC7901细胞的IC50没有显著性的影响(P>0.05),但能够显著性地降低阿霉素和紫杉醇对SGC7901/ADR细胞的IC50(P<0.01),该作用亦具有浓度依赖性(P<0.05)。结论乳浆大戟提取物能够增加人胃癌多药耐药细胞SGC7901/ADR对化疗药物阿霉素和紫杉醇的敏感性。
Objective To research the effects of Euphorbia esula in increasing the sensitivity of multidrug resistance human gastric cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs. Methods MrFI' experiment was used to study the effects of Euphorbia esula on Adriamycin and Paclitaxel in inhibiting growth of SGC7901/ADR cells, which were compared with SGC7901 cells. The ICS0s of Adriamycin and Paclitaxel to SGC7901 cells and SGC7901/ADR cells under the action of Euphorbia esula were determined and compared. Results Euphorbia esula increased the growth inhibition effects of Adriamyein and Paclitaxel on SGC7901/ADR cell (P 〈0.01 ) ,which was concentration dependent (P 〈 0.05 ). Euphorbia esula had no significant effect in ICS0s of Adriamycin and Paclitaxel to SGC7901 cells ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ,but significantly reduced the ICS0s of Adriamycin and Paclitaxel to SGC7901/ADR cells (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the lat- ter was also concentration dependent (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Euphorbia esula extract could increase the sensitivity of the muhidrug resistant human gastric cancer cell SGC7901/ADR to chemotherapy drugs Adriamycin and Paclitaxel.
