摘要
在马钢首条薄板坯连铸连轧生产线上,开发微合金成分的X60管线钢,利用Gleeble-1500热/力模拟机进行模拟,通过形变、再结晶行为的研究,结合现场采用合适的控轧控冷工艺,生产出满足X60性能要求的管线钢。试制钢组织分布均匀、晶粒尺寸细小、无明显带状组织,具备良好力学性能,强度、塑性和冲击韧性均达到标准要求。
In Masteel first thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line,using the Gleeble-1500 thermal/mechanical simulator simulation research through the deformation and recrystallization behavior,combined with the appropriate use of controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology to produce micro alloy components meet the performance requirements of X60 pipeline steel.The results show that the steel has uniform distribution,fine grain size,no obvious banded structure,good mechanical properties,and the strength,plasticity and impact toughness all meet the standard requirements.
