摘要
目的:探讨偏侧咀嚼对颞下颌关节振动情况的影响。方法:选取偏侧咀嚼习惯者26例和双侧咀嚼正常者22例,运用JVA颞下颌关节振动分析仪记录最大张闭口运动过程中的颞下颌关节振动情况,比较偏侧咀嚼习惯者咀嚼侧和非咀嚼侧,以及双侧咀嚼正常者张闭口运动中的颞下颌关节振动情况。结果:偏侧咀嚼者习惯咀嚼侧关节振动总能量(TI),频率小于300 Hz振动能量,峰振幅(PA)与非习惯侧比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与双侧咀嚼正常者同侧比较,偏侧咀嚼习惯者习惯咀嚼侧TI、I<300 Hz的振动能量、I>300 Hz的振动能量、PA和非习惯咀嚼侧I>300 Hz的振动能量等差异均有统计学意义。偏侧咀嚼习惯者关节振动主要发生于开口末期和闭口初期。结论:偏侧咀嚼作为常见的不良习惯,对颞下颌关节的振动情况具有一定的影响。
Objective:To investigate the effect of unilateral chewing on the vibration of articulatio temporomandibularis.Methods:Twenty-six cases with unilateral chewing habits and 22 cases with bilateral chewing were selected,the vibration of articulatio temporomandibularis was recorded by the JVA articulatio temporomandibularis vibration analyzer during the process of maximal open-closed mouth movement,and the vibration of articulatio temporomandibularis of the chewing side and non-chewing side in those having unilateral chewing habits and in those with normal bilateral chewing during the open-closed mouth movement was compared. Results:There were significant differences in joint vibration total energy(TI),vibration energy less than 300 Hz(I<300)and the peak amplitude(PA)between the chewing side and non-chewing side in patients with unilateral chewing(P < 0.05).Compared with the same side of control group,the difference in TI,I < 300,I>300,PA of the chewing side and I>300 of the nonchewing side in patients with unilateral chewing had statistical significant difference. The joints vibration of patients with unilateral chewing occurred at the end of the opening movement and primary phase of closing movement. Conclusion:Unilateral chewing as a common bad habits,has an effect on the vibration of articulatio temporomandibularis.
