攀岩与抗阻力训练男性上半身力量的比较分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较分析了攀岩(RC)与抗阻力训练(RT)男性之间的上半身力量的异同,为不同的运动项目特点和要求,提供科学合理的指导训练。对象和方法:分别选取了攀岩(RC)与抗阻力训练(RT)男性各15名共30名志愿者进行身体脂肪百分比测量和最大强度的引体向上、俯卧撑、手指力量、捏力、握力测试。结果与结论:(1)RT和RC在年龄、体重上存在显著性差异,P<0.05;(2)RC引体向上测试个数(19.31±4.31)比RT(15.64±4.82)更多,二者差异显著,P<0.05;(3)RC(R:0.27±0.10;L:0.24±0.07)具有比RT(R:0.19±0.04;L:0.16±0.05)更大的相对捏力和相对较大的握力(R:0.70±0.10;L:0.65±0.12);(R:0.57±0.14;L:0.56±0.15)。总体来说,RC和RT存在以上差异,主要是与它们项目特点差异有很大关系。RC比RT的上半身力量要更好,即使在没有传统的抗阻力训练下,攀岩训练也可以促进和增强上半身力量。 The purpose of this study is compareing the simi- larities and differences between the upper body strength be- tween the RC and the anti-resistance training(RT) ,and pro- vides scientific and reasonable guidance training for different sports characteristics and requirements. Subjects and meth- ods :Each group of 15 volunteers,who were selected for rock climbing (RC) and resistance training ( RT),were selected for body fat percentage and maximal force in the top,push-ups, finger strength, test. The results and conclusions showed that:( 1 )There were significant differences in age and body weight between RT and RC (P 〈 0. 05 ). (2)The number of RC priming(19. 31 ±4. 31)was higher than that of RT(15. 64 ±4. 82) ( R:0. 27± 0. 10 ; L:0. 24 ± 0. 07 ) was higher than that of RT(R:0. 19 ±0. 04;L:0. 16) ,and the difference was significant(P 〈0.05) (R:0.70 ± 0. 10;L:0.65 ± 0. 12); (R:0. 57±0. 14;L:& lt;RTI ID =0.0 & gt;0. 56 ±0. 15 ). In general, RC and RT there are the above differences;main- ly with their differences in the characteristics of the project has a great relationship. RC is better than RT's upper body strength ,even in the absence of traditional resistance train- ing ;rock climbing training can also promote and enhance the upper body strength.
