摘要
目的:比较呼吸道感染患者不同黏液型(黏液型和非黏液型)铜绿假单胞菌的分布及其在体外药物敏感性试验中对各种抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:抽取2015年1月1日—12月31日间呼吸道感染患者标本中分离出的黏液型与非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌的鉴定和药敏试验资料,分析其对抗菌药物的耐药性。结果:2015年院内分离出铜绿假单胞菌541株,其中黏液型34株,非黏液型507株;标本主要来自呼吸内科、感染疾病科、中医科和内分泌等科室,非黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药性显著高于黏液型铜绿假单胞菌(P<0.05)。结论:黏液型铜绿假单胞菌体外药敏试验敏感性较高,但体内用药治疗效果不佳,可与能抑制细菌表面生物膜活性的药物联用治疗效果较为理想。
Objectives: To compare the drug resistance of mucoids ofPseudomonas Aeruginosa with non-mucoid in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility test, and to provide a reference for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. Meth- ods: The mucoid and non-mucoid Pseudomonas Aeruginosas collected from 1 January to 31 December 2015 of patients with Respiratory Tract Infection were detected by automatic microbiology analyzer and manual method and the data were analyzed. Results: 541 strains ofPseudomonas ueruginosas were isolated in 2015, 34 were mucoid and 507 were non-mu- coid. The specimens were mainly from respiratory department of internal medicine, infectious diseases department, tradi- tional Chinese medicine department and endocrine department. The resistance of no-mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosa,s was significantly higher than mucoid Pseudomonas aeruginosas. Conclusion: IMucus type of pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro susceptibility test sensitivity is higher, but in vivo effectiveness of antimicrobial agents is not ideal: therapeutic effect can be achieved by the use of sensitive antibiotics combined with drugs which can inhibit bacterial biofilms in vitro.
