推拿手法配合四子散热敷治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Massage Therapy Combined with Sizi Powder Hot-Compress in Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:观察推拿手法配合四子散热敷治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:将86例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组于推拿治疗后采用四子散热敷,对照组则给予推拿手法结合洛索洛芬钠分散片治疗,观察两组临床疗效及疗程。结果果:观察组总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、日常生活活动能力、肩关节活动范围、肌力等肩功能评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗程显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与推拿手法结合止痛药治疗相比,推拿手法配合四子散热敷治疗肩周炎有更好的临床疗效,更有助于恢复患者的肩关节功能,缩短疗程并减轻患者痛苦,对患者上肢运动功能的改善和生活自理能力的恢复有积极效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of massage therapy combined with Sizi powder hot-compress for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 86 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into observation group （43 cases） and control group （43 cases）, the observation group received Sizi powder hot-compress after massage therapy, while control group treated with massage therapy combined with loxo-profen sodium dispersible tablets, observed the efficacy and courses of treatment of the two groups. Results： The overall response rate of observation group 100.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.74% that of control group （P〈0.05）; the improvement of shoulder function scores included pain, activities of daily living, range of motion and muscle strength of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈 0.05）; the course of treatment of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with massage therapy combined with painkillers, massage therapy combined with Sizi powder hot-compress has a better curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis, which is conducive to renew shoulder functions, shorten course of treatment and reduce patients＇ pain, has positive effect on the improvement of upper limb＇s motor function and recovery of self-care ability and deserves clinical promotion and application.
