摘要
为了使高职教育更好地适应国家经济发展,在成果导向教育模式的引导下,积极推进教学改革,充分把这个理念应用到教学实践中。成果导向教育模式是以学生的学习成果作为教学安排和课程设置的出发点。基于该理念,本文以询盘的工作项目分析为例来说明外贸函电教学的实施应当紧紧围绕人才培养目标和岗位所需的职业能力分析来剖析学生"学什么"和"如何学",引导学生有效地学习,并实施恰当的教学评价手段来及时掌握学生的学习成果。
In order to make the higher vocational education better adapt to the national economic and social development, the teaching reform needs to carry forward actively under the guidance of the Outcomes Based Education, and apply to the teaching practice. The Outcomes Based Education model takes the students' learning outcomes as the starting point of the teaching arrangement and curriculum setting. Based on this idea, the article mainly carries on the step-by-step explanation to the teaching design of "enquiry module" in the course of "Foreign Trade Correspondence". The teachers should analyze "what to learn" and "how to learn" for students by focusing on the objectives in the talent training program and competencies required in the occupation ability analysis. Moreover, they are expected to guide students to learn effectively, and carry out the teaching evaluation means appropriately to grasp the students' learning outcomes.
