基于Wi-Fi的风机轴承运行状态远程监测系统设计

摘要 为了解决对风机轴承运行状态方便实时监测,提出一种基于Wi-Fi的风机轴承运行状态实时监测系统方案。系统由信号采集模块与信号分析模块两部分组成,信号采集模块将MPU6050作为振动信号传感器,以STM32微控制器为核心,利用Wi-Fi传输技术将采集到的振动信号传输到信号分析模块中的上位机,上位机采用本征时间尺度分解(ITD)方法,对采集到的振动数据进行分析进而判断出轴承的运行状态。实验结果表明:系统能够实时有效地对风机轴承信号进行传输,提取到的特征信号能够反映风机轴承的运行状态。 In order to solve the real-time and convenient monitoring of the running status of wind turbine's bearing,this paper presents a real-time monitoring system design of turbine's bearing operating status based on Wi-Fi. The design consists of two parts: signal acquisition module and signal analysis module. The signal acquisition module uses the MPU6050 as the vibration signal sensor and takes the STM32 microcontroller as the core to transmit the collected vibration signal to the host computer of the signal analysis module by WiFi transmission technology. The host computer uses the Intrinsic Time-scale Decomposition(ITD) method to analyze the collected vibration data and determine the operating state of the bearing. The experimental results show that the design can effectively transmit the turbine's bearing signals in real time,and the extracted characteristic signal can reflect the running state of the bearing.
