摘要
目的:比较和分析转GmDREB3基因小麦和亲本小麦的营养成分。方法:对转GmDREB3基因抗旱小麦与其亲本小麦的营养成分:水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、脂肪酸等进行检测和分析。结果:转基因小麦的个别营养成分如总膳食纤维、泛酸、叶酸、维生素B12含量高于亲本小麦,其余营养成分含量与亲本小麦相比没有明显差别,大多数营养成分的检测结果在OECD推荐的参考范围内。结论:转GmDREB3基因小麦和亲本小麦在营养成分上具有实质等同性。
Objective The nutritional components of wheat with drought-tolerant gene GmDREB3 and its non-transgenic counterpart were analyzed to evaluate the safety of the wheat. Method Nutrients including moisture,ash,protein,fat,dietary fiber,amino acids,vitamin,minerals and fatty acids were compared between transgenic wheat and its non-transgenic counterpart. Result No significant differences for the content of nutrients between transgenic wheat and its non-transgenic counterpart was discovered in the study except for total dietary fiber,pantothenic acid,folic acid and vitamin B12 which the contents in transgenic wheat were higher than that of its non-transgenic counterpart. Most results of nutritional components fell within the range of values recommended by OECD. Conclusion It is substantial equivalent in nutrient component between wheat with drought-tolerant gene GmDREB3 and its non-transgenic counterpart.
