坚定方向 深化完善 推动高考改革纵深发展——浙江省《关于进一步深化高考改革试点的若干意见》的解读

Firm Direction,Pursue Perfection and Promote In-depth Development of College Entrance Examination Reform:Focus on Some Opinions on Further Deepening Pilot Reform of College Entrance Examination in Zhejiang Province

2017年浙江省承担的首轮高考综合改革试点成功落地。在总结首轮改革试点工作的基础上,浙江省人民政府公布了《关于进一步深化高考综合改革试点的若干意见》(简称《意见》),对深化完善下一阶段高考改革试点作出部署。本文对《意见》的制定背景、形成过程、指导思想和总体考虑进行解析,对调整学考选考安排、建立选考保证机制等内容作出阐释。

In August 2017, the pilot work of the first round of college entrance examination Zhejiang Province successfully landed. On the basis of summarizing the first round of Provincial Government issued Some Opinions on Further Deepening the Pilot Reform reform undertaken by pilot work, Zhejiang of College Entrance Examination, which made arrangements for the next stage of deepening and perfecting the college entrance examination pilot reform. This article tries to analyze the background, process, guiding ideology and general considerations and explain the adjustment of Academic Proficiency Test and University Enrollment Option Test and the establishment of University Enrollment Option Test Guarantee Mechanism.
