在我国现代农业发展进程中,"互联网+教育"技术应用是提升新型职业农民素质的重要途径。通过对陕西省六县的实地研究发现,"互联网+"技术能够扩大培训对象范围,整合培训内容,开放教育资源,改善培训方式。但目前该技术的应用还存在诸多障碍,如基础设施欠缺,互联网技术应用人才不足,农民学历水平低,思想观念保守等诸多问题。因此,政府部门应着力塑造良好的网络环境,完善乡村基础设施,构建政府、高校和培训机构合作体系,帮助农民树立正确的学习观念,满足农民的个性化需求,提高培训质量。

In the course of the development of modern agriculture in china, the application of Internet education technology is an important way to improve the quality of new professional farmer. Based on the field study of six counties in Shaanxi province, Internet plus technology can expand the scope of training, integrate training content, open educational resources and improve training methods. However, there are still many obstacles in the application of this technology such as lack of infrastructure and Internet technology talents, the low academic level of farmers and their conservative ideas and many other issues. Therefore, in order to satisfy the individual needs of farmers and improve the quality of training, Government departments should strive to create a good network environment, improve the rural infrastructure construction, constructing the cooperation system of government, universities and training institutions, and help farmers to establish a correct concept of learning.
