摘要
近年来欧美等发达国家在临床人才培养方式上屡屡创新,而我国五年制临床人才培养模式构建虽有向先进国家学习的倾向,但发展缓慢,值得我国医学教育学者深入探讨。文章介绍了我国医学临床专业人才培养的现状,分析现阶段存在的招生、教学上的问题,并结合国外第三代医学教育改革发展的趋势和先进经验,提出一些对策建议并展望研究前景。
Recently, the developed countries haven＇t stopped the step to develop medical education in medical school. And China has made effort to learn the progressive mode but the 5-year clinical medi- cal education comes to standstill, which deserves to explore for relative expert. This paper has intro- duced the status quo of 5-year clinical medical education in China, analyzed problems in admission and teaching and discussed countermeasures and suggestions referring to the development trend of foreign medical education.
