摘要
建立高效液相色谱测定饮料中B族维生素含量的方法。采用直接或者稀释后0.22μm孔径滤膜过滤直接上样,使用Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,采用水、乙腈、甲醇三相梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为266 nm。结果显示,5种B族维生素在1μg/m L^100μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(R^2=0.997 5~0.999 4),平均加样回收率为95.75%~102.38%,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~2.92%。该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可用于饮料中B族维生素含量的测定。
A method was developed for the determination of B vitamins in drinks by high performance liquidchromatography(HPLC) . The samples were directly injected in HPLC or after diluted,filtrating with 0.22 μmmicropore filters.The separation was performed by using the Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)columnwith water,acetonitrile,methanol as the mobile phase under three-phase gradient elution mode,and the UVdetection wavelength was 266 nm. The results showed that the five kinds of B vitamins was in the range of 1 ng/mL-100 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 5-0.9994,and the average recovery was 95.75 %-102.38%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.39 %-2.92%. This method is simple,rapid,accurate andsensitive for the determination of B vitamins in the drinks.
