摘要
用传统熔融冷却法制备Li_2O-ZnO-SrO-SiO_2系统玻璃,并根据测得的红外光谱曲线、热膨胀曲线、差热分析曲线等对该系统玻璃的结构与性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,随着SrO取代SiO_2,转变温度和软化温度先升高后降低,玻璃的失重率先减小后增大,当SrO质量分数达到22.5%时转变温度和软化温度取得最大值,分别为555、611℃。在SrO质量分数达到22.5%时,表面失重率最小为0.98mg/cm2,化学性质最稳定。随着SrO取代SiO_2,玻璃的密度不断增大,玻璃的析出晶体能力先减小后增大。
Li_2O-ZnO-SrO-SiO_2 system low-melting glass was prepared by melt-quenching method.The effects of SrO content on thermal properties and chemical stability of the glass system were studied by PCY thermal dilatometer,DTA and IR.The results showed that transition temperature and softening temperature increased at first then decreased with SrO in place of SiO_2.When SrO content was22.5%,transition temperature and softening temperature could reach to the maximums of 555 and611 ℃,while the weight loss rate could reach to the minimum of 0.98 mg/cm2.Under the condition,the chemical stability was the best.The glass density increased constantly,while the crystalline kinetics of the glass decreased first and then increased with SrO in place of SiO_2.
