VBA在高校教学工作量计算中的应用

Application of VBA in University Teaching Workload Calculation

高校教务处每个学期初都要准确计算本学期所有教师的教学工作量,保证教师的酬金发放准确无误。目前,国内大部分高校工作量还是依靠EXCEL软件计算汇总。文中结合多年的教学工作量计算经验,使用EXCEL VBA开发了一套适用于教学工作量计算的工作流程,减少了计算人员的工作强度,缩短了计算时间,降低了发生错误的概率,并且具有一定的可扩充性。

At the beginning of each semester, the department of teaching affairs in the universities should accurately calculate the teachers＇ teaching workload so as to guarantee accurate teachers＇ al- lowances. At present, most of the domestic universities still rely on the EXCEL software to calculate and gather the workload. In this paper, combining with years of experiences in teaching workload calculation, we have utilized EXCEL VBA to develop a set of workflow which is suitbale for teaching workload calcula- tion. This workflow can reduce the work intensity of the computing staff, shorten the computing time and decrease the error probability in the process, and it is of certain extendibility.
