摘要
运用文献资料法、田野调查法、逻辑分析法对河南省部分地市农村教学点的体育工作进行研究。以教学诸要素的关系与作用为观测点,着重探讨了农村教学点学生、课程、教师、政策环境等因素在体育教学目标达成过程中的特征和作用。研究发现:调研地农村教学点工作实际中存在着运动技能目标难以实现、体育师资短缺、体育活动场地不足、器材闲置等诸多问题。提出利用知识模块化的核心课程学习,来提升小学体育教师职业效能感,促进农村教学点体育工作的对策与建议。
The author used literature review, historical analysis, statistical method and logical analysis to do an in-depth analysis on the physical education of rural "small school" in Henan Province. With observing the rela-tionship between the elements of teaching and the role, the author discusses the characteristics and roles of factors such as students, curriculum, teachers and policy environment in the process of PE teaching objectives. The study found many problems in the practice of rural teaching and put forward the use of knowledge modular core curriculum to improve primary school physical education teachers professional sense of efficacy, and to improve the quality of rural school work.
