波形钢腹板箱梁桥内衬混凝土构造尺寸的优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 波形钢腹板箱梁桥在桥梁根部处通常设置有一定厚度的内衬混凝土与波形钢腹板共同承担截面剪力,但对内衬混凝土具体构造尺寸的研究尚不全面;依托实际工程为背景,通过对波形钢腹板箱梁桥进行ANSYS有限元数值模拟分析,研究内衬混凝土对波形钢腹板受力性能的影响,并给出内衬混凝土构造尺寸的优化建议,包括内衬混凝土的长度,根部处最大厚度以及钢混结合段结束点处的最小厚度等,对以后的类似工程实践提供一些理论依据。 It is usually to cast a certain thickness of concrete encasement at the root part of the box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs to share the sectional shear force with the corrugated steel webs. However,the the study of concrete-encased structural sizes is not comprehensive. Based on the actual engineering as the background,through finite element numerical simulation analysis by ANSYS for the box girder bridges with corrugated steel webs,researched the impact of concrete lining to the mechanical property of the corrugated steel webs and gived optimized suggestions about the concrete-encased structural sizes including the length of concrete encasement,the maximum thickness at the root part and the the minimum thickness at the end of steel and concrete segment,and finally provided some theoretical basis for the later similar engineering practices.
