摘要
再生沥青可以使老化沥青路用性能得到一定的恢复,但不能恢复其所有性能。本研究利用再生与改性复合作用对老化沥青性能进行改善,在宏观性能试验评价的基础上,再进行复合再生改性沥青的微观性能试验评价。研究内容包括:复合再生改性沥青试样制备,复合再生改性沥青性能的宏观与微观试验评价等。研究结果表明,沥青组分试验与SEM试验结果与宏观指标所表现的规律基本一致,再生与改性综合技术可以使老化沥青的高低温性能得到较好地恢复,解决了单一再生沥青的低温性能恢复不好地问题。通过对比分析沥青组分含量、SEM图与宏观性能指标之间的联系,探讨老化沥青复合再生改性作用的微观机理。研究结果具有一定的理论与实用价值。
Recycled asphalt can make the road performance of aging asphalt recovered to a certain extent, but can't recover all of its performance. In this study, the performance of aging asphalt is improved by using composite technology of regeneration and modification, and the micro-performance of composite regeneration and modification asphalt is further evaluated on the basis of the macro-performance evaluation. The research contents include, specimen preparation of composite regeneration and modification asphalt, macro-performance and micro-performance evaluation on composite regeneration and modification asphalt, etc. The research results show that the results of asphalt component test and SEM test are consistent with the law of macro-performance, and the high and low temperature performance of aging asphalt can recover better by using composite technology of regeneration and modification, which solves the problem that the low temperature performance is poor for single recycled asphalt. Through comparison and analysis on the relationship between asphalt components, SEM photos and macro- performance, the micro-mechanism of composite regeneration and modification of ageing asphalt is explored. The study results have theoretical and practical value.
