改进护理干预措施降低HBV母婴传播率的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Improved Nursing Intervention Measures to Reduce the Transmission Rate of HBV Mother to Child

目的评价改进护理干预措施降低乙肝病毒HBV母婴传播率的效果。方法采用随机数字表法,将徐州市妇幼保健院感染管理科在2015年11月—2017年5月所选取的100例HBV孕妇,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施改进护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组临床效果的差异。结果两组侧切率、自然裂伤率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿再查乙肝病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组HBs Ag阳性率、产时感染率比较,前者少于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进护理干预应用于HBV孕妇护理中,对降低HBV母婴传播率有积极的影响。

Objective To evaluate the effect of improved nursing interventions to reduce the rate of mother to child transmission of hepatitis B virus （HBV）. Methods A random number table method was used to divide 100 HBV pregnant women who were selected from November 2015 to May 2017 in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given improved nursing, the control group was given routine nursing, and the difference of clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results The difference of side cutting rate and natural laceration rate between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no signifcant difference in the positive rate of HBV DNA （HBV-DNA） in the two groups of newborns （P 〉 0.05）. The positive rate of HBsAg and the rate of intrapartum infection in the observation group and the control group were compared, the former was less than the latter, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of improved nursing intervention to the nursing of pregnant women in HBV has a positive effect on reducing the rate of HBV mother to child transmission.
