本文论述中国—东盟智库在推进"一带一路"建设中的作用问题,基本思路是:中国—东盟智库必须把握新时代中国外交的新特征,理解东盟各国的不同诉求,帮助东盟各国政府和民众了解"一带一路"倡议的内容,消除疑虑,主动参与;帮助中国政府和企业了解东盟国家的国情,推介"一带一路"建设项目,总结经验,降低风险。

This article illustrates that the role and problems of China-ASEN think tanks in promoting“the Beltand Road” ,the basic ideas are：China-ASEN think tanks must understand the new features of China’ s diplomacyin a new period and different demands of ASEAN countries in order to facilitate the governments and people of allASEAN countries to understand the meaning of “the Belt and Road”so as to eliminate doubts and encourage them totake the initiative to participate;it also need to assistant Chinese government and enterprises to understand thenational conditions so as to smoothly promoting“the Belt and Road”with summarized experiences and lower risks.
