摘要
采用不同的锻压工艺对货车上心盘进行了锻压,并对其试样进行了冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1140℃升高至1300℃、终锻温度从720℃升高至880℃,锻压速度从100 mm/min增大至400 mm/min,货车上心盘的冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。货车上心盘的最佳锻压工艺参数为:始锻温度1260℃、终锻温度800℃、锻压速度300 mm/min。
The truck center plates were forged by different forging processes. And the impact properly and corrosion resistance of the samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that under test conditions, the impact property and corrosion resistance of truck center plates firstly increase and then decrease, with initial forging temperature increasing from 1140 ℃ to 1300℃, finial forging temperature increasing from 720 ℃ to 880℃ and forging speed increasing from 100 mm/min to 400 mm/min. The optimized initial forging temperature, finial forging temperature and forging speed are 1260, 800 ℃ and 300 mm/min, respectively.
