摘要 针对窄间隙摆动电弧脉冲熔化极气体保护焊,提出了一种用于实现其焊缝跟踪的电弧传感信号处理方法。采用脉冲门限值法,从脉冲电流信号中提取出可以反映焊炬高度变化的峰值电流信号,然后运用一种新的组合滤波方法,包括中值滤波、移动平均滤波和小波滤波,对峰值电流信号进行滤波处理。结果表明,该组合滤波方法可以有效地提高电流信号的信噪比。最后通过试验验证了该滤波方法的可行性。 Aiming at the narrow gap arc pulse gas metal arc welding, an arc sensing signal processing method was proposed to realize the seam tracking, the peak point current signal which could reflect the change of welding torch height was extracted from the pulse current signal by using the pulse threshold method. Then, a new combined filtering method including median filtering, moving average filtering and wavelet filtering was used to filter the peak current signal. The results show that the combined filtering method can effectively improve the signal to noise ratio of current signal. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.
