摘要 通过对钦州坭兴陶陶土矿藏地溯源、陶土现代测试技术分析、坭兴陶窑变机理研究,探索泥料组分与坭兴陶特有的制作工艺及使用性能之间的内在关系。结果表明,坭兴陶"东泥"与"西泥"的化学组成直接决定了坯体具有温润细腻、利于雕刻的工艺特点,且在烧制过程中会产生独特的窑变效果。研究结果可为坭兴陶企业筛选泥料及优化泥料配方,以及合理地利用与保护珍贵的坭兴陶土资源提供方法参考与应用指导。 Based on the traceability of the mineral deposits of Qinzhou nixing pottery, the modem testing technology of clay components and the kilns mechanism of nixing pottery, the intrinsic relationship between the mud components and the unique production technology and service performance of nixing pottery was explored. The results show that the chemical composition of "east mud" and "west mud" of nixing pottery directly determines the green body with moist and delicate, which is conductive to carving process characteristics, and in the firing process will have a unique kiln effect. The results of this study can provide reference and application guidance for the screening of mud materials and the optimization of mud formula for the enterprises in nixing pottery, as well as for the rational utilization and protection of the precious nixing pottery resources.
