摘要
目的探讨川崎病(KD)患儿血清CRP、免疫球蛋白及CK-MB水平变化与冠脉病变的关系。方法选取35例KD患儿作为观察组,并检查其冠脉损伤情况;另外选取35例健康儿童作为对照组,检测并比较两组研究对象血清CRP、免疫球蛋白及CK-MB水平。结果观察组治疗前血清CRP、Ig G、Ig M、CK-MB水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清CRP、Ig G、Ig M、CK-MB水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗前CAL组患儿血清CRP、Ig G、Ig M、CK-MB水平均显著高于NCAL组(P<0.05)。治疗后,CAL组和NCAL组患儿血清CRP、Ig G、Ig M、CK-MB水平均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、Ig G、Ig M及CK-MB的水平变化与KD患儿的急性炎症反应密切相关,可作为预测患儿心肌损伤及冠脉病变的重要参考指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum CPR, immunoglobulin, CK-MB and coronary artery lesions in children with Kawasaki disease(KD). Methods Thirty-five cases of children with KD were selected as the observation group, and the coronary injury was examined. Another 35 healthy children were selected as the control group, the levels of serum CRP, immunoglobulin and CK-MB in the two groups were detected and compared. Results Before treatment, the levels of serum CRP, Ig G, Ig M and CK-MB in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum CRP, Ig G, Ig M and CK-MB in the observation group significantly decreased than those before treatment(P〈0.05). Before treatment, the levels of serum CRP, Ig G, Ig M and CK-MB in the CAL group were higher than those in the NCAL group(P〈0.05). The levels of serum CRP, Ig G, Ig M and CK-MB after treatment of both CAL group and NCAL group significantly decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum CRP, Ig G, Ig M and CK-MB are closely related to the acute inflammatory response in children with KD, which can be used as an important reference indicator for predicting myocardial injury and coronary artery disease in children.
