摘要
针对某航天制造企业车间生产现场管控方面的问题,研究开发了一套车间制造过程数据采集与智能管理系统。通过对企业生产车间需求和制造数据类型的分析,构建了车间制造过程数据采集与管理系统架构,并提出车间制造过程异构数据采集技术实现方法,保证能采集到全面、实时和准确的制造过程数据;通过建立的系统功能模型,实现对制造数据全面的分析、应用。该系统实现了为生产车间制造过程管控提供决策分析,提升企业车间生产现场监控和管理水平。
For an aerospace enterprise production workshop manufacturing process control aspects of the problem,developed a system of manufacturing process data acquisition and intelligent management. Based on the analysis of the data types of the workshop,the data acquisition and management system of the manufacturing process is constructed,and the method of realizing the heterogeneous data acquisition technology in the workshop manufacturing process is put forward to ensure the comprehensive,real-time and accurate manufacturing process data. The establishment of a system function model,to achieve a comprehensive analysis of manufacturing data,application. The system has realized the decision-making analysis for the production process control of the production workshop,and promoted the monitoring and management level of the enterprise workshop production.
