“美丽乡村”视域下的水环境保护研究——以梅州五华地区为例

Water environment protection in the sight of beautiful country-Acase study of Wuhua area in Meizhou

水资源如何进行合理开发、有效保护和科学管理水污染等一系列重大问题,是水资源可持续利用保障经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈。本文坚持科学发展观,树立人与水环境和谐发展的理念,以梅州五华三大水库为研究对象,对目前水环境保护过程中存在的水环境治理、生态迁移、生态保护补偿、节约实现水资源的可持续利用等问题进行深入的调查研究,进而形成"美丽乡村"视域下的水环境保护研究建议或措施,为粤东地区其他区域的水环境保护提供参考依据。

A series of major issues such as how to develop water resources rationally, effectively protect and scientifically manage water pollution are the bottlenecks of the sustainable utilization of water resources to ensure the sustainable development of economy and society. This article adheres to the scientifc concept of development and establishes the concept of harmonious development between man and water environment. Taking the three reservoirs in Wuhua, Meizhou as the research object, this paper analyzes the current water environment protection, ecological migration, ecological protection compensation and water conservation Sustainable use of resources and other issues to conduct in-depth investigation and study, and then form the “beautiful countryside” perspective of water environmental protection research proposals or measures to provide reference for the protection of water environment in other regions of eastern Guangdong.
