电子专用测试设备故障诊断中容错控制系统 被引量:8

摘要 传统设备故障诊断系统存在故障诊断效果差、耗费时间长、容错控制能力弱等问题,不能满足专用测试设备的标准。提出对电子专用测试设备故障诊断中容错控制系统进行设计。根据容错控制系统基本结构,采用故障之前诊断与故障之后诊断方法分析设备磨损容错性质;采用基于Riccati型方程的容错控制方法,分析设备出现故障时系统的反馈机理,并利用综合冗余方法实现测试设备故障诊断容错有效控制。通过设计实验内容,分析系统设计合理性。实验结果表明,该控制系统具有故障诊断效果良好、诊断时间短、鲁棒性强等优势。 The traditional equipment fault diagnosis system has many problems such as poor fault diagnosis,long time consuming and weak fault-tolerant control ability.It can not meet the standard of special test equipment.A fault tolerant control system for fault diagnosis of electronic test equipment is proposed.According to the basic structure of the fault-tolerant control system,fault diagnosis and fault diagnosis method before after analysis of equipment wear fault tolerant properties;fault tolerant control method based on Riccati equation,the analysis of equipment failure feedback mechanism of the system,and realize the comprehensive utilization of test equipment fault diagnosis fault tolerant redundancy method of effective control.Through the design of experimental content,the rationality of system design is analyzed.The experimental results show that the control system has the advantages of good fault diagnosis,short diagnosis time and strong robustness.
