摘要
[目的]建立毛细管柱气相色谱检测5%鱼藤酮可溶液剂含量的方法。[方法]选用Agilent GC-6890和DB-1色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,以丙酮作为提取剂,邻苯二甲酸二异辛脂为内标物。[结果]鱼藤酮的保留时间为12.273、12.789 min,线性相关系数为0.9991,相对标准偏差为1.70%。加标回收率范围为99.10%~100.36%。[结论]该方法方便、准确、重现性好,满足鱼藤酮的定量分析要求。
[Aims] To establish a capillary gas chromatographic(GC) method for determining rotenone 5% SL.[Methods] The samples were separated in Agilent GC-6890 on a DB-1 capillary column and detected with FID as a detector. Diisooctyl phthalate was used as internal standard and acetone as the extracting solvent. [Results] The retention times of rotenone were 12.273 and 12.789 min, respectively. The linearly dependent coefficient was 0.9991,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.70% and the recovery rate was from 99.10 to 100.36%. [Conclusions] The method is reliable and accurate, and it has good reproducibility, which can meet all the requirements of quantitative analysis for rotenone.
