摘要
针对某型飞机燃油系统在地面模拟试验时出现的油箱超压故障,分析了地面模拟试验的油箱增压原理,从台架系统、试验燃油系统两方面提出了改进措施,设置了相应的排故试验,逐步定位了故障原因。试验结果表明:台架系统、燃油系统管路设计不合理是造成油箱超压故障的原因。试验燃油系统的改进措施用于指导真实飞机的燃油系统改进设计,为飞机飞行安全提供了保障。
Aiming at fuel-tank overpressure fault occurred in a certain aircraft fuel system ground simulation test, by researchingthe fuel-tank pressurized principle, the improvement measures in both test-bed system and tested fuel-system were offered, and relevantverifying tests were sel up. The verifying test result proves that the unreasonable pipeline designs of the test-bed system and the testedfuel-system were tile reasons of the fuel-tank overpressure tauh. The improvement measures in tesled fuel-system were used in real air-craft fuel system design, whieh provided guarantee for flight safety.
