摘要
概述了我国发生在苹果上且已明确鉴定的3种类病毒的特性,这些类病毒包括苹果锈果类病毒(ASSVd)、苹果凹果类病毒(ADFVd)和苹果皱果类病毒(AFCVd)。阐述了鉴定这些苹果类病毒病所需的检测方法,包括指示植物法和分子生物学技术等。
The characteristics of three kinds of viroid which had clearly identified in our country were summa- rized in this paper. These viroids included Apple Scar Skin viroid（ ASSVd）, Apple dimple fruit viroid（ ADFVd） and Apple fruit crinkle viroid （AFCVd）. The detection methods to identify these apple viroids were also de- scribed in this paper, including indicator plant testing and molecular biology techniques.
