摘要 详细介绍了IEC61850过程层技术在火电厂厂用电系统中的应用方案。首先介绍了厂用电系统过程层总体方案,然后介绍了基于SV、GOOSE交互实现的高压厂用母线快速保护、电动机差动保护、低压厂变保护控制、快切及工艺联锁等新保护控制方案,介绍了各方案的优缺点,这些方案可解决现场实际问题并提高保护控制性能,针对文中提到的场合具有较好的推广价值。 The application schema of IEC61850 process layer technology in the auxiliary power system of thermal power plant is introduced in detail. First, the overall scheme of the process layer in the auxiliary power system is presented. Then, the new protection and control schemas of auxiliary power system based on SV and GOOSE are illustrated, such as instantaneous protection of high-voltage auxiliary bus, motor differential protection, low-voltage transformer protec- tion and control, fast switchover, and process interlock. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of each schema are discussed. These solutions can solve the on-site problems, improve the protection and control performance, and have better popularization values in the occasions mentioned in this paper.
