自动控制插针设备的设计

摘要 针对工厂采用人工或半自动设备插针时,存在重复率高、效率低,以及工人大脑易疲劳、手部易受损等缺点,设计了一种基于可编程序控制器的自动控制插针设备。这一设备采用气动控制模块实现批量插针、卸料、拦针、拦料等功能,采用电路控制模块实现信号的接收、处理和输出,并配合GX Works2软件实现插针设备的回原点、自动检测和自动报警等功能。这一自动控制插针设备具有稳定性好、方便实用等特点,可提高工厂的生产效率。 When pins are inserted by manual or semi-automatic equipment in the factory, there are some shortcomings such as high repetition rate and low efficiency, as well as brain fatigue and hand injury of the workers. An auto-control pin inserting device based on PLC was designed. This device adopts pneumatic control module to achieve the functions like inserting operation of batch pins, unloading, pin blocking, and material blocking, circuit control module are used for reception, processing and output of signals, and with the GX Works2 software this pin inserting device can realize the functions including back to the origin, automatic detection and auto-alarm. This auto-control pin inserting device has the characteristics of sound stability, convenience and practicality, which can improve the production efficiency of the factory.
