摘要
百森商学院本科生创业教育近20年位列全美第一。百森商学院创业教育运行机制是创业教育理念、创业教育课程、创业教育教学、创业教育师资、创业教育平台5个要素的共生共存。在理念上,学院培养追求人类共同福祉的全面发展的创业者;在课程上,学院融合了创业者所需的陈述性知识、程序性知识和策略性知识,融合了创业者所需的基础性技能、行业性技能和发展性技能,融合了创业者所需的情感、态度和价值观;在教学上,学院通过设计真实的创业情境,帮助学生获得真实的创业体验;在师资上,学院构建了一支顶天与立地相并重、教学与科研相统一、知与行相合一的创业师资队伍;在平台上,学院构建了面向全体学生的校产研合作的创业实操平台。
The entrepreneurship education of Babson College has ranked first in the U.S. for the last 20 years. In terms of the concept, the college is to cultivate well-rounded entrepreneurs who pursue the common good of mankind. In terms of the curriculum, firstly, the college is a fusion of declarative knowledge, procedural knowledge and strategic knowledge required by entrepreneurs. Secondly, it is a fusion of basic skills, professional skills and developmental skills. Thirdly, it is a fusion of emotions, attitudes and values. In terms of the teaching, the college intends to help students get a real entrepreneurial experience by designing real entrepreneurial situations. In terms of the faculty, the college has built a team of entrepreneurship educators with global vision and enterprise management experience, the teaching and research are integrated, knowledge and practice are united. In terms of the platform, the college has built a university-industry-research platform of entrepreneurship practice for all the students. The success of entrepreneurship education at Babson College comes from the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship education which is closely tied with the co-live and co-existence of the lofty concept, the integrated curriculum, the immersed teaching, the professional faculty and the open platform.
