摘要
为研究圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合柱的轴压性能,对11个组合柱试件进行了轴心受压试验,主要考虑了再生粗骨料取代率、钢管径厚比、截面型钢配钢率和长细比等4个设计参数,观察了试件的受力全过程以及破坏形态,获取了试件的荷载-位移曲线及荷载-应变曲线;重点分析了设计参数对组合柱轴压性能的影响。研究结果表明:组合柱主要破坏特征为型钢屈服后钢管表面发生外鼓变形破坏,核心再生混凝土主要发生剪切破坏和压溃破坏;组合柱轴压承载力随再生粗骨料取代率的增加而降低,但试件仍表现出良好的变形能力;减小圆钢管径厚比和增大型钢配钢率均可提高试件的轴压承载力和变形能力;长细比的增大降低了组合柱的轴压承载力;此外,组合柱的横向变形系数约为1.2。在此基础上,基于极限分析法和试验数据,提出了适用于圆钢管型钢混凝土组合柱的轴压承载力计算式,计算值与试验值吻合良好。
In order to study the axial compression performance of recycled concrete filled circular steel tube-profile steel composite columns,11 specimens were designed for compression test,and the replacement percentage of recycled coarse aggregate,diameter to thickness ratio of steel tube,steel reinforced ratio,slenderness ratio were regarded as major variable parameters. By the experiment,the whole mechanical process and failure mode of all specimens were observed,and the load-displacement curves,load-strain curves were obtained. The influence of the design parameter on the axial compression behavior of the specimens was analyzed. The test results indicate that the main failure characteristic of composite columns is profile steel yielding at first and steel tube is bulged afterwards. In addition,the shear failure and the crush failure are the main failure modes of core recycled concrete. The axial bearing capacity of composite columns decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio,while the members still show good deformability. Furthermore,the diminution of diameter to thickness ratio of circular steel tube and the rise of steel reinforced ratio are both beneficial to the axial bearing capacity and ductility for composite columns. The axial compression capacity of composite columns is reduced by increasing slenderness ratio; in addition, the lateral deformation coefficient is about 1. 2. Based on the limit analysis and test data,the bearing capacity calculation formula which applies to recycled concrete filled circular steel tube-profile steel composite columns is proposed. By comparing the calculation results with test results,a good agreement can be obtained.
