摘要
光子在果蔬组织内部的传输规律可以由吸收系数、散射系数等光学参数来表征。果蔬光学参数与果蔬组织内部的化学成分、组织结构密切相关,是分析果蔬品质的一类重要指标。果蔬光学参数的测量为了解光子在果蔬组织的传输规律,以及开发新型的果蔬品质光学无损检测方法提供了途径。为了追踪这项技术在果蔬方面的最新研究进展,本文对时间分辨、空间分辨、频域分辨和积分球技术这4种光学参数测量技术的原理和特点进行简单介绍,并着重介绍了2001—2017年期间,其在果蔬组织光学参数的测量及品质检测方面的应用进展,旨在为果蔬光学参数测量技术的研究和应用提供参考。
The optical parameters including absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient, are used to characterize light propagation in tissues of fruits and vegetables, which are closely related to the chemical composition and the structure of the tissues. And they are important indicators to analyze the quality of fruit and vegetable. The purpose of measurement of optical parameters of fruits and vegetables is to better understand the principles of photon transnfission in the tissues of fruits and vegetables and find out its applica- tion in quality detection in the development of new products. In order to track the latest research developments of this technology in fruits and vegetables, the principle and characteristics of four measurement technologies were briefly introduced, including timeresolved, spatial-resolved, frequency-domain and integrating sphere. The advancement of applications in measuring optical parameters,quality detection of fruits and vegetables from the years 2001 to 2017 were summarized. This review aims to provide reference for future research and applicatiom in fruits and vegetables.
