摘要
目的分析胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的效果。方法将98例来我院治疗的充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的患者随机分成对照组和研究组,每组49例,对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,研究组采用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的效果好。
Objective To analyze the effect of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 98 patients with congestive heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with irbesartan, and the study group was treated with amiodarone combined with irbesartan. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure combined with ventricular arrhythmia has a good effect.
