摘要
基于卓越绩效模式(PEM)理论体系和我国公立医院实际,从绩效计划、绩效辅导、绩效评价和绩效反馈四个阶段构建了绩效管理体系,旨在给出相对清晰、可操作的绩效管理计划,将医院的战略目标落到实处,同时解决医院绩效管理对社会责任的忽视,努力实现医院远景规划。
Based on the theory of performanc.eexccllenvcmodel (PEM) and the aclual situation of public hospitals in China, this paper constmeted a performance management system from tbur stages, including performalme planning, perlormance guidance, pertbrnmncc evaluation and performance feedback, which aimed to give a relatively clear and operable performance management plan, to implement the strategic goal of the hospital, to solve the neglect of social responsibility in hospital performance management, and to realize the hospital long-term plan.
