摘要
以泗阳298为母本,以泗阳739为父本配制杂交组合,通过多年的系统选育,育成了常规棉花新品种泗阳493。在2014~2015年江苏省棉花区域试验中,泗阳493的籽棉产量和皮棉产量分别达到3411.7和1380.5 kg/hm^2,分别比对照(泗抗1号)增产4.2%和4.1%;在2016年江苏省生产试验中,泗阳493的籽棉产量达3391.5 kg/hm^2,比对照(泗抗1号)增产5.5%,皮棉产量为1320.0 kg/hm^2,比CK增产4.1%。泗阳493的纤维上半部平均长度为28.9 mm,断裂比强度为33.1 c N/tex,马克隆值为4.7;该品种耐枯萎病和黄萎病,抗棉铃虫。
Through the hybridization between"Siyang 298"(female parent) and"Siyang 739"(male parent) and the systematical selection for many years,a new conventional cotton variety"Siyang 493"was bred. In the cotton regional tests of Jiangsu province during 2014 ~ 2015,the average seed cotton yield and average lint cotton yield of"Siyang 493"reached 3411.7 kg/hm^2 and 1380.5 kg/hm^2 respectively,which were separately 4.2% and 4.1% higher than those of the control variety(Sikang No.1). In the cotton production test of Jiangsu province in 2016,the seed cotton yield and lint cotton yield of "Siyang 493"were3391.5 kg/hm^2 and 1320.0 kg/hm^2 respectively,being 5.5% and 4.1% higher than those of the control variety "Sikang No. 1"separately. The average upper-half fiber length of "Siyang 493"was 28.9 mm,the breakage specific strength was 33.1 c N/tex,and the micronaire value was 4.7; this variety was tolerant to fusarium wilt and verticillium wilt,and was resistant to cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera).
