红光和蓝光滤光膜对黄芩形态和黄芩苷含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了红光和蓝光滤光膜处理对黄芩形态和黄芩苷含量的影响。以商洛一年生黄芩为研究材料进行盆栽试验,测定黄芩形态的相关指标和黄芩苷含量。结果表明:红色滤光膜处理下的黄芩根长、根粗、干重、鲜重、茎长和茎色均大于或优于蓝色滤光膜处理和太阳光处理,蓝色滤光膜处理后的叶片长度和叶片宽度均大于红色滤光膜处理和太阳光处理。红色滤光膜处理下的黄芩苷含量最高,达到了20.7%,蓝色滤光膜处理和太阳光处理后的黄芩苷含量分别为17.7%和16.7%。红光滤光膜处理有利于黄芩根的生长和黄芩苷含量的积累,蓝色滤光膜处理有利于黄芩叶的生长。 We researched the effects of red-light and blue-light filter membrane on the form indexes and baicalin content of one-year-old Scutellaria baicalensis in Shangluo through pot experiment. The results indicated that the root length,root thickness,dry weight,fresh weight,stem length and stem color of S. baicalensis in red-light filter membrane treatment were bigger or better than those in blue-light filter membrane treatment and sunlight treatment; while the leaf length and leaf width of S. baicalensis after blue-light filter membrane treatment were bigger than those after red-light filter membrane treatment and sunlight treatment.The baicalin content of S. baicalensis after red-light filter membrane treatment,blue-light filter membrane treatment and sunlight treatment was 20.7%,17.7% and 16. 7%,respectively. Thus,the treatment of red-light filter membrane was beneficial to the root growth and baicalin accumulation of S. baicalensis,and the treatment of blue-light filter membrane was beneficial to the leaf growth of this plant.
