摘要
本文以某石化加氢裂化装置换热器腐蚀堵塞的问题为研究对象,采用XRF、XRD、离子色谱等方法对换热器垢物进行详细表征,确定垢物组成、追踪物质来源,有针对性地为装置运行制定防腐优化方案,从注水、脱氯、升级材质等方面着手,以满足设备的长周期安全运行。
This paper probes into the plugging caused by corrosion in heat exchanger in hydrocracking unit. The scale in heatexchanger was characterized with X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, and ion chromatography to determine the constitution ofthe scale and track the source. An anticorrosion plan was built which involve water injection, dechlorination and material upgrading tomeet the requirements of long period safety operation of the equipment.
