摘要
全日制食品工程专业学位研究生的教育旨在培养掌握食品领域坚实的专业基础理论和宽广的食品工程专业知识、具有较强的解决实际问题的能力,能够承担食品工程设计、新产品开发或管理工作,为食品工业企业、管理部门培养应用型、复合型、具有良好的职业素养的高层次工程技术和工程管理应用型专门人才。文章研究了国内高校食品工程专业学位研究生的培养模式的现状并借鉴国内外培养单位的培养经验,结合上海海洋大学食品工程全日制专业学位研究生的培养现状对食品工程全日制专业学位研究生培养模式进行了探讨,以期提高食品工程全日制专业学位研究生的培养效果。
Full-time food engineering professional degree postgraduates education aims to cultivate the person who grasp the solidprofessional basic theory and broad food engineering professional knowledge and has the strong ability to solve practical problems, canundertake food engineering design, new product development or management. It also aims to cultivate application-oriented, comprehensive talents with good professionalism and high-level engineering and engineering management for the food industry enterprises, management departments. This paper studies the situation of training program of the professional graduate students majoring in food engineering in China and draws lessons from training experience of domestic and foreign training units, discusses the food engineeringfull -time professional Training Program combined with the current situation of full -time graduate degree of food engineering inShanghai Ocean University in order to improve the food engineering full-time professional degree graduate training effect.
