基于因子分析的农村电商发展基础环境评价研究——以甘肃省为例

On Basic Environment Evaluation of E-Commerce in Rural Area Based on Factor Analysis——Taking Gansu Province as an Example

互联网的快速发展使我国农村生产经营方式发生了巨大的转变,农产品电子商务悄然而生。但农产品电子商务的发展在不同程度上受到多种因素的影响与制约。在此,采用问卷调查方式,通过实际调查及数据统计分析,确定农产品电子商务发展的影响因素,进而构建甘肃省农产品电子商务发展的基础环境评价指标体系,运用因子分析,把评价指标体系分为交通和网络环境、农产品生产环境、技术服务环境、资金和价格环境四类,并进行因子得分的相应描述,然后,以上述因子得分为聚类变量,进行聚类分析,把甘肃省14个市州分为四类,并针对不同类别的市州提出相应的对策建议,以改善甘肃省农产品电子商务发展的基础环境。

The development of Internet has caused great changes to the production and management mode in China's rural area,E-Commerce of agicultural products has got a fast development,but the development of ithas beenconstrained by many factors. This paper makes a questionnaire survey and tries to determine the factors influencing the development of E-Commerce of agricultural products. Through analysis of the data,this paper builds a index system which evaluates the basic environment of E-Commerce development in Gansu's rural areas. By applying the factor analysis,this paper finds that the evaluation index system includes several environment such as traffic and network,agricultural production,technology and service,capital and price. Accordingly,a description of the factor score is given and a clustering analysis which regards the factor score as the clustering variables is made. Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for 14 cities and regions in Gansu province in order to improve the basic environment of agricultural products' E-Commerce development in Gansu province.
