摘要
目的研究与分析益气温阳护卫法防治支气管哮喘作用机制及与防御素的相关性。方法将240只SPF级雌性SD大鼠根据随机数字表法分为6组,A组(正常对照组)、B组(模型组)、C组(卡介菌多糖核酸组)、D组(益气温阳护卫低剂量组)、E组(益气温阳护卫中剂量组)和F组(益气温阳护卫高剂量组),每组各40只。分别于激发2周、4周、6周及8周各检测6组大鼠的肺组织α防御素及β防御素表达情况。结果激发2周、4周、6周及8周B^F组的肺组织α防御素及β防御素表达持续升高,且均高于A组,C^F组的表达均低于B组,D^F组的表达低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘大鼠的肺组织防御素表达增强,益气温阳护卫法对支气管哮喘大鼠的防御素表达控制较好,因此在支气管哮喘中的防治作用较好。
Objective To study and analyze the action mechanism of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei method in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma and correlation with defensin. Methods 240 female SD rats of grade SPF were divided into six groups,group A(normal control group),group B(model group),group C(BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid group),group D(low dose of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei group),group E(middle dose of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei group)and group F(high dose of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei group),with 40 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.Then the expression situation of lung tissue α-defensins and β-defensins of six groups at second,forth,sixth and eighth week of provocation were detected. Results The expression of lung tissue α-defensins and β-defensins of group B to group F at second,forth,sixth and eighth week of provocation were continuously increased,and they were all higher than those of group A,the expression of group C to group F were all lower than those of group B,the expression of group D to group F were lower than those of group C,there were all significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The lung tissue α-defensins expression of rats with bronchial asthma are intensive,so its prevention and treatment effect in the bronchial asthma is better.
