益心活血降压汤治疗气虚血瘀证型高血压病临床研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察中药益心活血降压汤治疗气虚血瘀证型高血压病的临床疗效。方法:纳入98例住院治疗的气虚血瘀证型高血压病患者,随机分为2组,每组各49例。观察指标包括血压测定及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)指标。记录并对比两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分和高血压生活质量积分。对比患者治疗后疗效差异。结果:治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组高血压生活质量积分明显提高,且明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。相比治疗前,治疗组患者治疗后Hcy值呈现明显下降趋势,治疗组患者Hcy值亦明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益心活血降压汤治疗疗效显著,可以降低气虚血瘀证型高血压病患者血压、改善中医证候、临床症状,提升患者生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of YixinHuoxue Jiangya decoction to treat hypertension with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 98 patients with hypertension with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided trol group with '9 cases in each group. The outcome measures included blood pressure measurements and homocys-teine (Hey). The scores of TCM syndromes and the quality of life of hypertensive patients were recorded and com-pared before and after treatment in two groups? in combination with the comparison of clinical effect after treatment. Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the controlgroup (all P〈0. 05). Scores of quality of life in the treatment group were significantly incrcontrol group after treatment (all P〈0. 05). Hey was decreased and lower than that of the ment (all P〈0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly highgroup (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Yixin Huoxue Jiangya decoction can significantly decrease blood pressure, improve TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the treatment effect is remarkable.
