通过原料选择、设计纱线组织、织物组织,产品规格及工艺等,采用羊毛/桑蚕丝混纺纱线开发围巾织物,突出了产品光泽亮丽的独特风格。羊毛/桑蚕丝围巾织物纱线混纺比70/30,线密度20.8 tex×2,地组织为3/3斜纹,边组织为3/3经重平组织,对洗呢、煮呢和蒸呢后整理工艺进行优化研究。结合纱线结构的变化与配色,使织物呈现出较好的外观效果,体现了时尚设计理念,提高了产品的附加值。
This article uses wool and mulberry silk blended yarn as materials to produce blendedscarf. Through selection raw materials, design yarn organization, fabric organization, productspecifications and production processes, the scarf has unique style. Its blending ratio is wool 70%,mulberry silk 30%. Yarn count is 20. 8 tex × 2 （48s/ 2）. The selected tissue is 3 / 3 twill, and the edge is3 / 3 through the heavy flat tissue. After discussion, the finishing process includes washing, crabbing andsteaming. Combined with the change of yarn structure and color matching, the fabric has a goodappearance effect. It embodies the concept of fashion design and enhances the added value of products.
