药物治疗管理(MTM),是指具有深厚药学知识、技术、能力等专业优势的药师为患者提供的用药指导、咨询、教育等专业药学服务。MTM服务有助于促进临床药学学科发展,并能切实体现临床药师工作价值,还可大幅节约国家与患者的药品开支。因此,在临床药师培训中开展对MTM的教学尤为必要。现将MTM应用于临床药师培训的模式进行构思与探索,以供同仁参考引智。

Medical treatment management （MTM） refers to professional pharmacy services such as medication instruction, counseling and education provided by the pharmacists who have profound professional knowledge in pharmacy, technology and ability. MTM services contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy disciplines and can reflect the value of clinical pharmacist work, and also significantly save the country and the patient＇s medical expenses. Therefore, the teaching of MTM in clinical pharmacist training is especially necessary. This article will design and explore the model of MTM applied in the clinical pharmacist training, for the peer reference.
