摘要
本文从宇航启动及辅助电路展开讨论,阐述了RCC电路的优势,对RCC电路的工作及稳压原理进行了详细的叙述。从能量守恒角度出发,通过能量变换三维坐标图分析了RCC电路能量变换和变频控制的核心问题。文章最后针对宇航电源常用启动和辅助供电电源种类(12V),对RCC电路变压器设计进行了详细计算,设计结果表明RCC电路简单可靠,转换效率高,电压负载特性好,非常适合宇航电路产品的启动及辅助供电用。
This paper discusses the advantages, working principle and regulation principle of RCC circuit in detail from auxiliary power supply and the start-up of aerospace power supply .From the perspective of energy conservation, the core problem of RCC circuit contains energy conversion and frequency conversion control is analyzed by three-dimensional energy transformation diagram. At the end of this paper, the design of RCC circuit transformer is calculated and verified by the result. The design results show that the RCC circuit is simple and reliable, the conversion efficiency is high, the voltage load characteristics are good, and it is very suitable for the auxiliary power supply and start-up in the aerospace circuit.
