超声S—Detect技术在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的初步应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的评价超声S-Detect技术在甲状腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取93例甲状腺肿瘤患者(共93个甲状腺肿块),评价超声医生及S-Detect技术评价甲状腺肿块超声图像特征的一致性,比较两种方法诊断甲状腺肿瘤的异同。结果甲状腺肿瘤中恶性44例,良性49例。S-Detect技术诊断甲状腺恶性肿瘤敏感性较高,为88.7%。在5个超声图像特征类别中,肿块的内部构成特征S-Detect技术与超声医生判断一致性最高,Kappa值0.89。结论S-Detect技术作为一种计算机辅助诊断技术,有助于超声初学者在甲状腺肿瘤检查时进行诊断决策。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of S-Detect technology of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.MethodsNinety-three thyroid tumors in 93 patients were enrolled in the group. A varied image features of the thyroid masses in gray-scale ultrasonography were analyzed by S-Detect technology and experienced doctor separately. The results were compared and the diagnostic ability were also compared between the two methods.ResultsThere were 44 malignant tumors and 49 benign tumors in these thyroid nodules. The sensitivity of S-Detect technology in the diagnosis of thyroid malignant tumors was higher, up to 88.7%. In the five image features of the thyroid tumors in gray-scale ultrasonography, the result of composition of the mass obtained by S-Detect was the most consistent with that of the doctors and Kappa value was 0.89.ConclusionsS-Detect is a kind of computer-aided diagnosis system, which is suitable for the ultrasound beginners in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors.
