城市旧宅见证了城市的发展历史,更是承载着老一辈居民曾经的城市记忆,城市旧宅改造不应大拆大建,而是尝试通过整体的保护规划,适当的加减法扩大了城市旧宅的生活空间以及提高空间的利用率,以此来提高居民们在旧宅生活的舒适度。设计者通过在保护老建筑的前提下,提升它们自身的使用价值,使它们避免被拆毁的命运。设计者在保护城市旧宅的前提下创造性地改造城市旧宅,从而使城市旧宅的居住环境更加舒适。文章结合环境设计专业的相关知识,分析了城市旧宅改造需要注意的问题和建议。
